We often run incredible giveaways on our blog and social media pages. We want these to always be fair to everyone, therefore the following rules apply:

1. Winners are not eligible to win a prize within 6 months after the closing date of the giveaway they have previously won.
2. Giveaway entrants will be disqualified should they tag accounts they do not follow or tag celebrities or influencers that would not be interested in the giveaway.
3. The giveaway is open to all members of the public however prizes are only deliverable within South Africa unless the giveaway states otherwise.
4. All entries will be examined and the prize shall be awarded to the winner selected at random from all eligible participants who have correctly entered the prize draw in accordance with entry instructions.
5. If the winner is chosen and there are noted irregularities (all steps of the entry mechanism not followed) the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.  The decision will be final and binding in this regard and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the decision.
6. If we are unable to contact a prize-winner within 7 (seven) days after the winner has been selected, we reserves the right to pick another winner.
7. Prizes will be issued after the close of the giveaway and delivery time will vary depending on the sponsor.
8. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, late delivery of prizes or costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion or the prize..
9. Prizes are not transferable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another item or cash.
10. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
11. By entering the giveaway entrants grant us the right to publicize their name and/or entry image on social media should they win.
12. The prize may itself be subject to certain terms and conditions as imposed by the sponsor of the prize.  The winner is solely responsible for complying with such terms and conditions.
13. It is your responsibility to ensure that your entry is received by us prior to the closure of the competition.  Any entries received after the closing date of the competition will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
14. Instagram and Facebook accounts created for the purpose of entering giveaways and competitions do not qualify for any giveaway opportunities and can be blocked indefinitely.
