One of my big goals is to find a skincare routine that works for me. I’ve never had smooth poreless skin like you see in all the skincare ads which always left me thinking that none of the products out there is made for my type of combination skin.

Exuviance Professional sent me a few of their products to review and I figured it’s the perfect opportunity to properly get my foot in the door.

Triple Microdermabrasion Face Polish

Ultra Restorative Creme

Deep Hydration

A light weight, intensely moisturizing overnight serum with a water gel texture to fight back oxidative stress as well as dryness and dehydration.

Key ingredients include Prodew which refills deep reserves of natural skin moisture known as NMF, restoring a feeling of suppleness and comfort. PHA/bionics and Evening Primrose oil strengthens the skins barrier and neutralizes environmental damage. It is a good top up treatment when skin is feeling dry and in need of deep hydration.

Thoughts

After the first use of the Triple Microdermabrasion I could immediately feel my skin feeling softer and smoother. It exfoliates thoroughly without feeling harsh on your skin.

The ultra restorative creme also had an immediate reaction. After I applied it and waited a few minutes I felt as the dead skins cells dislodged and I could wipe it off my face. I did not expect that at all and after applying the deep hydration my skin felt soft and almost full.

After 3 weeks of using the Exuviance I can feel a difference in the texture, it is more smooth to the touch and I’m hoping the longer I use the product the more visibly the texture will change too. My skin looks more hydrated and less oily daily. It feels clean.

The smell of the Triple Microdermabrasion is strong if you suffer from a sensitivity to smells. I easily get a headache from potent smells and this is one of them but it is easily covered by the smell of the Ultra restorative creme which has more of a fruity smell which is interesting as no artificial fragrances are added.

These products are on the higher end in terms of price point but looking at the immediate results and how little product is needed to be used each time I would recommend the investment.
